CAN I ORDER FOR ANY DAY OF THE WEEK?

I take TWO custom orders per month for Tuesdays-Saturdays. Otherwise I ONLY bake weekly for wholesale clients and for my monthly holiday boxes.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I’m located in Lebanon, Oregon. You can find my weekly bakes at 4Seasons Lebanon AND The HNB House. Custom orders can be picked up at The HNB House. Please refer to your invoice for pick-up instructions.

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Only for qualifying Wholesale orders.

 

DO YOU BAKE SOURDOUGH?

Sourdough (or any bread) baking is not my passion at all. If you need such goods, give me a call and I can recommend another local baker.

DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED/CUSTOM CAKES?

I am currently only doing cupcake orders.

 

DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?

I ONLY bake the goods as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day. Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself.

 

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE BAKES?

I occasionally have Gluten Free limited edition bakes. My Gluten Free baked goods are naturally Gluten Free, meaning it would be a bake that does not contain any ingredients naturally containing gluten. I do not make Gluten Free "copycats" of my bakes or use Gluten Free substitutes. For example, my Breakfast Rice Krispies are made with puffed rice and do not contain gluten. When you purchase from me you agree to my Disclaimer.

CAN I MAKE A "LAST MINUTE" ORDER?

Weekly bakes are ONLY for my wholesale clients and my monthly holiday themed boxes at The HNB House and once they are sold out they are no longer available. Custom orders MUST be made at least one week prior to pick-up date with no exceptions.
